Yashwantrao Mohite Unaided Industrial Training Institute

Our Sister Institute

The Industrial Training Institute provides training to approximately 21 electricians, 21 fitters, and 42 welders in the area each year. It was started in memory of Shri Yashwantrao Mohite who believed in developing a skilled-labour force in rural areas to ensure guaranteed employment. It has met the QIC norms and has three workshops, a computer laboratory, and classrooms. There is a 10% placement from our Institute to industries from Satara, Sangli, and Pune. Some of our alumni have made names for themselves overseas. Nine fully qualified teachers in the above fields and an administrative staff of four comprise our staff.
Over the next two academic years, we are looking forward to starting a Surveyors and Drafting course.
