Our Story
Since being established in 2001, Jayee Mohite Shikshan Prasarak Mandal has been devoted to the education and overall betterment of children from the local rural areas of Satara and Sangli Districts, Maharashtra.
Started in fond memory of Sou. Jayee Yashwantrao Mohite (BSc, BEd), the school was started with junior and senior KG for boys and girls, and has since grown to include classes up to the 10th standard, as well as an Industrial Training Institute.
With comprehensive attention paid to the students' academic education, our students achieve the highest marks in the 10th standard board exams in the area. The school also provides opportunities for the students to gain extra-curricular education by setting up teams and inter-house and inter-school competitions for various sports and arts and crafts activities, as highlighted in the next sections.
